Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and other events
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
An active real estate license in the state of Ohio.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical and professional integrity and put clients’ needs above all else
Previous experience in residential real estate
Familiarity with real estate contracts
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech savviness that allows you to stand apart from the crowd
Understand the importance of building and maintaining long term relationships
Love houses and are ready to learn everything there is to know about the local housing market
